The studio workshop
Founded in 2013, Koroy is a design studio specializing in the transformation of reclaimed wood and metal. Each piece is conceived as a sculptural work, where the history of materials meets a contemporary aesthetic.
We use old timber frames, boat wood, and oxidized metal to create furniture that transcends its function and becomes artistic elements. Far from hiding these traces, we highlight them, giving them a second life through sculptural and timeless design. Because matter has a memory, and our role is to reveal it.

Each piece of furniture thus becomes a unique piece, where irregularities and imperfections are not defects, but marks of authenticity. This is not a simple manufacturing process, but a living process, a constant search between intuition and material.
A new collection is born. A limited edition, crafted with artisanal expertise, designed to stand the test of time. Discover LARK, an invitation to redefine your space with character and authenticity.

The Craftsman
As an artisan designer, I work with materials using an intuitive and experimental approach.
My world is marked by the contrast between raw textures and clean lines. Each creation is a balance between tradition and modernity, highlighting the artisanal gesture and the dialogue between wood and metal.
My collection is based on an approach that is both instinctive and masterful, where each piece is the result of experimentation with materials. By favoring the recycling of wood and the transformation of steel into rust, I breathe new life into raw materials, while exploring their aesthetic potential.
The contrast between the raw appearance of the materials and the simplicity of the lines creates a subtle dialogue: the natural chaos of oxidation meets the rigor of design. This contrast is at the heart of my approach as an artist-artisan, which does not seek to tame the material, but to accompany it in its evolution, allowing it to express its history and its transformations.

THE FOOTPRINT OF TIME
My creative process is a quest that is both intimate and universal. This need to transform matter, to give it the imprint of time, is perhaps a way of engaging in a dialogue with impermanence. Where natural erosion follows its own rhythm, I take over, as if to tame this invisible force.
Why this need to transform matter? Perhaps because it gives me the illusion of controlling time, of slowing it down, of giving it meaning. As if, by imprinting the imprint of time on my creations, I could better understand its passage through my own existence.
Each piece of LARK furniture is not just a form, it is a fragment of my story, a tangible proof of my passage. Where others seek to freeze time, I sculpt it, I imprint it in the material. As if, through these alterations, these deliberately left marks, I were saying: “I was there.”

LARK
- The balance of contrasts-
Between the ephemeral and the timeless, between raw materials and refined design, the LARK collection explores the richness of contrast.
Each piece is a sculptural composition where recycled wood, marked by time, interacts with the rust and carbonization of the wood. Raw textures, clean lines, and craftsmanship transcend the object to create a work of art.
LARK is an invitation to feel the strength of the material and the poetry of contrast.
Produced in limited editions, each creation bears the hallmarks of manual skill and respect for materials. LARK isn't just a furniture collection: it's an encounter with authenticity, an invitation to experience the stories etched into every surface.
